30-DAY RIDE & RETURN

BestBikeWheels offers a full 30-day ride & return guarantee from the date of delivery on our SPORT (DISC BRAKE), SPORT (RIM BRAKE), PERFORMANCE, & GRAVEL wheelsets. If at any time during this period you would like to return them for a full refund (or a product swap), just contact us!

* Please note that refunds cannot be issued for any items that have sustained significant/crash-related damage during this period.

RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS POST DISPATCH/DELIVERY

If you wish to cancel an order or return an unwanted item for a refund after it has been dispatched or delivered, please contact us! Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of returning said item(s) to us, and we aim to process refunds for returned goods within 30 days of receiving them. Please be aware that returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged in any way
• The product is not in fully resalable condition
• Goods Faulty on Arrival, Incorrect or Damaged in Transit

If your goods are faulty on arrival, incorrect or damaged in transit they should be reported to us by email within 7 days and then returned to us in no longer than 28 days of receipt. Once the returned goods have been received and the fault confirmed, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference. In either case, reimbursement for return postage will be limited to the original delivery charge or £4 — whichever is greater.
