BestBikeWheels' SPORT (DISC BRAKE), SPORT (RIM BRAKE), PERFORMANCE, & GRAVEL wheelsets feature a *3-year warranty for rims, hubs & spokes that backs you against material or construction deficiencies and begins from the date the wheels are confirmed delivered to your place of residence.
* Please note that RACE Rim Brake Wheelsets come with a 1-year warranty on their rims but maintain a 3-year warranty on their hubs & spokes.
Please note that BestBikeWheels Warranty:
- is only applicable to the wheelset's first owner
- is void if the product has been modified without prior approval for modification.
- is not valid for wheels obtained / used for commercial purposes.
- is not applicable to wheels that have been installed, adjusted, or maintained incorrectly.
- reserves the right to offer an equivalent or upgraded model as a replacement if your original wheelset is no longer available or discontinued.
- does not cover damage caused by crashing, accidental damage/impacts, or overall abuse to the product.
- does not cover regular wear & tear. Such small typically include bearings, spokes, nipples, braking tracks & rim tape.
